Can I make an address change or cancel my order?


We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, which means that orders are sent to our fulfillment warehouse immediately upon placement in order to put them in the queue for packing and shipping. Unfortunately, this means that we are not able to make address changes or cancel orders after they’ve been placed. While we are not able to make address changes, you as a customer can contact UPS or USPS to request a delivery change. Please see the links below for additional information.

My shipment shows delivered, but I can’t find it.

Sometimes the packages are not delivered to the front door, but to the mailbox or a next door neighbor’s. There are also times that tracking shows delivered but it doesn’t get dropped off until the next day or so. If you still haven’t received the item in 2 business days please complete the following information on the link below and we would be happy to further assist you!

How do I request a return or exchange?

In order to make a return, you can use our quick and easy portal on our website, linked below. You will need your order number and the email address used to place the order.
